Finding Your Venue

We explore potential venues together, taste sample menus, talk through your budget and meet possible suppliers. No obligation — just a first real feel of your day.
Book Your Venue
Found the one? Confirm your date with a deposit paid directly to the venue. You’ll then receive our curated supplier list — from musicians to every vendor you might need.
Stage 02
Securing the Dream Team
Plan a Second Visit
Time for the fun part: tastings, hair and make-up trials, and meetings with florists, celebrants and musicians — so you experience everything first-hand before deciding.
We Coordinate Your Team
We bring together a carefully curated team of photographers, videographers, DJs, musicians and beauty professionals — all matched to your style and your vision.
Stage 03
The Final Touches
Finalise the Details
Supplier bookings are confirmed, menus are settled and the decorative concept takes shape. Most suppliers only ask for a small deposit at this stage.
The Countdown
In the months before the big day we stay in close contact, working through checklists together — flowers, schedules, deadlines and payments. Nothing slips through.
Wedding Week
Once you arrive, we meet for a final review. After the last confirmations with suppliers, your only job is to relax and enjoy your family. We take it from here.
